This dish is super easy, deliscious & healthy, it’s ready in only 15 minutes!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- Glutenfree pasta/noodles
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch basil
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- himalayan pink salt + black pepper
- optional: lemon juice (half)
- optional topping: spring onion, olives, seeds, nuts, nutritional yeast, vegan cheese, watercress, raisins,…
- Bring water with salt to the boil and boil your pasta/noodles
- Take a mixing boil and put the avocado, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice together and mix it with a mixer
- Drain the pasta/noodles and mix the avocado mix together
- Finish with the optional toppings you like and it’s ready to serve!
