Creamy Avocado Pasta

This dish is super easy, deliscious & healthy, it’s ready in only 15 minutes!

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • Glutenfree pasta/noodles
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • himalayan pink salt + black pepper
  • optional: lemon juice (half)
  • optional topping: spring onion, olives, seeds, nuts, nutritional yeast, vegan cheese, watercress, raisins,…


  1. Bring water with salt to the boil and boil your pasta/noodles
  2. Take a mixing boil and put the avocado, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice together and mix it with a mixer
  3. Drain the pasta/noodles and mix the avocado mix together
  4. Finish with the optional toppings you like and it’s ready to serve!
