Banana & Strawberry Smoothie

Fact about bananas: the more dark spots a fully ripened banana has, the more it protects your immune system.

Ingredients (1500ml):

  • 3 bananas
  • 10-15 strawberries
  • a handful spinach
  • 3tbsp peanut butter
  • 2tbsp agave syrup
  • +/- 750ml plant based milk (almond, coconut, rice, soya,…)
  • 2tbsp spirulina powder

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender, make sure you don’t cross the maximum and blend until smooth.
  2. Add some more milk at the end if it’s too thick.
  3. Add some ice cubes when you like your smoothie cold.
