Fact about bananas: the more dark spots a fully ripened banana has, the more it protects your immune system.
Ingredients (1500ml):
- 3 bananas
- 10-15 strawberries
- a handful spinach
- 3tbsp peanut butter
- 2tbsp agave syrup
- +/- 750ml plant based milk (almond, coconut, rice, soya,…)
- 2tbsp spirulina powder
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, make sure you don’t cross the maximum and blend until smooth.
- Add some more milk at the end if it’s too thick.
- Add some ice cubes when you like your smoothie cold.
