Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients for 2 pizzas:

  • 250g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1,5 tsp pink salt
  • 120ml water
  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil (or another vegetable oil)

Preparation:

  1. preheat the oven at 180°c
  2. take a big mixing bowl and mix the flour, baking powder and salt together
  3. add the water and oil and knead to a solid ball, split the dough in 2
  4. roll the dough with a dough roller into 2 round or square pizzas
  5. if you don’t have a dough roller you can also use a bottle of wine
  6. put the 2 pizza bases on baking paper or a rubber baking mat and bake for 5 minutes
  7. remove the bases from the oven and preheat the oven to 250°c
  8. cover the pizza bases with tomato sauce/passata and with your favorite veggies (you can find the recipe for the sauce and veggies here)
  9. bake the pizzas for 10-12 minutes at 250°c
  10. when the pizzas are ready you can add some olives if desired
